As long as the top-up has not been received, yes, you can change the network provider. No problem!
If you made a mistake when selecting your network provider, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to any of the emails we sent you, and don't forget to specify the phone number and network provider you want to top up to, as well as your order code.
Please note that the recharged amount may be slightly different from the one you selected for the wrong network provider. In order to avoid any nasty surprises, we always recommend double-checking the network provider before proceeding with the payment.
