I haven't received my eSIM / QR code

Check the following

  1. Payment confirmation email — if missing, payment may not have completed.
  2. Spam/promotions folder — search for doctorSIM emails.
  3. My Account → My eSIMs — open the order and check details.
  4. Wait time — the QR delivery email usually arrives within a few minutes of payment.

If more than 30 minutes have passed

Contact support with your order ID and purchase email. We can resend your QR.
