When will I receive my eSIM after purchase?

You receive your eSIM instantly after payment is confirmed.

Emails you will receive

  1. Order confirmation — as soon as payment is processed.
  2. Delivery with QR — within a few minutes once provisioning completes (includes QR code and LPA activation code).

Where to find your eSIM

  • Your email (check spam/promotions too).
  • My Account → My eSIMs on doctorSIM.com.

If more than 30 minutes have passed and you still have no QR, see I haven't received my eSIM / QR code or contact support with your order ID.
