eSIM installed but no data / no service

Before you arrive at your destination

No Service is normal. Travel eSIMs connect when you land in the destination country.

At destination — check this

  1. Data Roaming ON for the eSIM line (Settings → Cellular → your eSIM).
  2. The eSIM line is selected for Cellular Data.
  3. On iPhone, turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching if it falls back to your home SIM.
  4. Toggle Airplane Mode for 10 seconds.
  5. Try manual network selection and pick a local carrier.
  6. Check My Account that the plan has not expired or run out of data.

Still no connection? Contact support with your ICCID and order ID.
