Quick fixes
- Stable WiâFi â required to download the profile.
- Scan from Settings â Add eSIM, not only the camera app.
- Increase screen brightness on the device displaying the QR.
- Try manual LPA entry from your email.
- Restart your phone and try again.
- Update iOS/Android to the latest available version.
Single-use QR codes
If you started an installation that failed partway, do not rescan the same QR. Look for the eSIM in Settings or contact support for a resend.
Compatibility and carrier lock
- Confirm your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
- Remove old unused eSIM profiles if storage is full.
If the issue persists, submit a request with your order ID.
