My QR code won't scan / I can't install the eSIM

Quick fixes

  1. Stable Wi‑Fi — required to download the profile.
  2. Scan from Settings → Add eSIM, not only the camera app.
  3. Increase screen brightness on the device displaying the QR.
  4. Try manual LPA entry from your email.
  5. Restart your phone and try again.
  6. Update iOS/Android to the latest available version.

Single-use QR codes

If you started an installation that failed partway, do not rescan the same QR. Look for the eSIM in Settings or contact support for a resend.

Compatibility and carrier lock

  • Confirm your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
  • Remove old unused eSIM profiles if storage is full.

If the issue persists, submit a request with your order ID.
