Can I change the phone number once I’ve paid for my top-up?

Sure, no problem! As long as the top-up hasn’t been received, we’ll be able to change the phone number that will receive it.

If you have made a mistake when entering your phone number, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to any of the emails we sent you, and don't forget to tell us the correct phone number and your order code.

Remember that if the top-up has already been received on the wrong number, we will not be able to change it, so we always recommend double-checking the phone number before proceeding with the payment.
