UnlockMySIM Manual Configuration



If the UMS unlock was not automatically applied to your iPhone with the initial configuration, as indicated on the setup page, please follow these steps after being sure that your iPhone is running iOS version 14.2.


Once you have made this check, perform the following steps:

Option 1

 - Insert the UMS in the iPhone and if you are requested to activate the device again, please complete the activation process with the UMS inserted

 

 - Wait for about one minute, and an automatic window will pop up with the message ‘’Edit ICCID’’ 

 

 - Make sure the ICCID from the text box is this one:

* If the first does not work anyway, try the ICC of the second point (even if your iOS version is prior to iOS 15).

 

 - If this is not the default ICCID, please update it manually to the one showed in the link above.

 

 - Remove the UMS and place your new SIM card

 

If this option is not successful, please follow the steps from the option 2.



Option 2:

 - Insert the UMS again and follow this path: Settings - Mobile Data - SIM App - Settings

 

 - A pop-up window will appear where you need to update the ICCID (NO SPACES) to the following one:

* If the first does not work anyway, try the ICC of the second point (even if your iOS version is prior to iOS 15).

 

- Remove the UMS and place your new SIM card.

 

 

If after following all these steps your iPhone still displays the ‘’SIM Not Supported’’ message, please reply to the confirmation email you have received from us, detailing the steps you have followed and the exact issue.
