If any of the information provided when placing your order is incorrect, the top-up will not arrive.

Contact us immediately to cancel your order and place a new one if you indicated the incorrect network provider.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to change the network provider once a top-up has been processed.

Please reply to any of the emails you have received from us, so we can issue your refund and so you can place a new order with the correct information.
