I indicated the incorrect telephone number

If any of the information provided when placing your order is incorrect, the top-up will not arrive.

Contact us immediately to modify your order at no additional cost if you indicated the incorrect telephone number.

doctorSIM will check that the top-up didn't arrive for that reason, modify the telephone number accordingly and send the top-up to the correct telephone number.

Please send the correct telephone number to us by replying to any of the emails you have received from doctorSIM related to your order.

Keep in mind that until we confirm the change by email, the top-up will not have been sent to the modified telephone number.

You also have the option to cancel and refund your order if you prefer.
