I can't access the ICCID configuration menu by typing the *5005*7672*88# on the dialpad

First, please make sure having placed the UnlockMySIM Clip sticker correctly, as it can be seen in the following images:

1 - Follow the configuration process as shown in the video by clicking here. These are the steps:

  • On the dialpad type *5005*7672*88# and press dial. If with this step you can not access the configuration menu, move to the next step.
  • On the dialpad type *5005*7672*00# and press dial. If with this step you can not access the configuration menu, move to the next step.
  • On the dialpad type *5005*7672*0# and press dial. If with this step you can not access the configuration menu, move to the next step.

If none of the steps above works, carry out the process again with a different SIM card from the original carrier of the device (if you have one) or with a SIM card from a different carrier.
We have detected that there are SIM cards with which it is not possible to access the configuration menu, and by following the steps with a different SIM card it works.

 

2 - If the previous steps did not work, please follow these steps with a SIM card from the original carrier of the device:

  • Place your UMS Clip Sticker with a SIM card from the original carrier of your iPhone
  • Go to - Settings - Mobile Data - SIM Applications - Setting Carrier - Perfect Unlock Vía ICCID
  • Delete the current ICCID and replace it with the one which appears at step 3 on our configuration webpage, which you can access by clicking here.

 

3 - If the previous steps did not work, please follow these steps with a factory-unlocked iPhone. UMS Clip Sticker is compatible with any iPhone model. If that iPhone is not XS Max or XR, make sure to place your UMS Clip Sticker as shown in the following images:

  • Place your UMS Clip Sticker with your SIM card in the factory-unlocked iPhone
  • Go to - Settings - Mobile Data - SIM Applications - Setting Carrier - Perfect Unlock Vía ICCID
  • Delete the current ICCID and replace it with the one which appears at step 3 on our configuration webpage, which you can access by clicking here.
  • Remove your UMS Clip Sticker and your SIM card and insert them again in the iPhone you want to use.
