To cancel or modify an unlocking request through doctorSIM, send an e-mail to info@doctorsim.com from the same e-mail address you used to make the request and during the 10-minute grace period immediately after submitting the request.
If we have not received an e-mail asking to cancel or modify the request during the 10-minute window, the request will be processed automatically and cannot be canceled thereafter.
