What can I do if I haven't received the code or voucher of my gift card?

In the highly unlikely event that you haven't received the code or voucher for your gift card (PaySafe Card, Steam, or any other) after a reasonable amount of time, first: check your spam or junk mailbox. Sometimes, due to reasons beyond doctorSIM's control, our emails end up there for some email servers (yes, it annoys us too).
