Unfortunately, we do not buy phones that have been blacklisted due to loss, theft or unpaid bill or that cannot be accessed due to a personal security passcode.
These personal security passcodes include the phone's Personal Identification Number (PIN), Personal Unlock Key (PUK), iCloud account, and/or Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP).
However, please note that we do buy the phone if it is blocked so that it can only be used with the original network carrier.
