As our unlocking services are 100% online, it is necessary that you personally verify that the country and network provider are correct as well as the IMEI number by typing *#06# on the phone's keypad.
doctorSIM's IMEI-based unlocking services unlock the phone from its original operator for use on any compatible network in the world, unfortunately, we are unable to provide personal passcodes like a SIM card code or remove other security features such as blacklist reports, the Activation Lock on iPhones or the Google account lock on other devices. Neither doctorSIM nor any other legal unlocking service can remove these restrictions.
Please check these restrictions prior to submitting your request as they may prevent the phone from being unlocked successfully. These types of restrictions can only be removed by the owner of the phone.
