To unlock your phone by IMEI we require the following information from you:
- Make and model of your phone.
- Network Provider your phone is currently locked to.
- IMEI number: 15-17 digit number.
For some makes, we may ask you for some additional information that you can find by removing the phone's battery:
- Blackberry: PRD.
- Alcatel: Provider ID.
- Sony Ericsson: SN or Serial Number.
