Check in the phone settings that the network search is on automatic.
If you still do not have network coverage, it could be for two reasons:
- Hardware failure. You need technical support. Check the phone's warranty prior to doing so.
- The phone's IMEI has been blacklisted. Use our IMEI Check Service below to confirm the phone has not been reported due to loss, theft or an unpaid bill.
If you are still having problems connecting to a network, please reply to one of the emails we have sent you and include the IMEI Check Service report if applicable.
