doctorSIM's minimum price guarantees that you are unlocking your phone with the best prices, conditions, and professionalism.

How does it work?

We'll reimburse you the difference in doctorSIM credits if you find another website that offers the same unlocking service but at a lower price.

Only one comparison may be submitted per request and customers must wait seven days between claims.

The refund will be calculated based on the final purchase price including all fees and expenses that were added during the checkout process.

If you have unlocked your phone with www.doctorSIM.com and meet the following conditions, you will benefit from a guaranteed minimum price refund:

  • You made the full unlocking payment with www.doctorsim.com, without discounting credits or other promotional items.
  • The price on the alternative website has no promotions, discount or occasional reduction for any reason.
  • All customers must have access to that unlocking price, it cannot be an exclusive offer.

The website where you found a cheaper price must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be backed by an active and trade registered company.
  • It must comply with all legal and tax obligations in accordance with current regulations (including Privacy Policy, Data Protection Act, filing, and payment of value added tax).
  • Issue an invoice for each unlocking requested made through their site.
  • Offer comparable services in the field of customer support, telephone service, payment methods, timing, format, and unlocking code instructions delivered.
  • Process and deliver most requests 24 hours a day and not during reduced times.
  • Possibility to cancel requests within a set time period after making the request.
  • After-sales service for configuration and support.
  • The website cannot be outdated.
  • This guarantee does not apply to price comparisons with a network provider, a wholesaler, or unlocking through cable or at a physical location.

Claims for a guaranteed minimum price must be requested within 24 hours after the time of your purchase online at www.doctorSIM.com.

To request a refund in credits please e-mail info@doctorsim.com including the name of the website where the product is cheaper, a screenshot of the offer (including the date and time when you saw it), name and tax code of the company responsible for the website and the reference number of your doctorSIM request.

We will review the details of your claim and then reply by e-mail. Upon acceptance of a refund request, the refund will be carried out by means of credits (1 credit = 1 euro) to My doctorSIM Account.
