Your Alcatel's SRO is an additional identifier which allows for obtaining the unlocking code for your phone with greater speed and reliability.
On your Alcatel phone, simply type one of the following sequences and press dial as if you were calling a regular telephone number:
*#837# o *#3228#
Don't forget to include the asterisk (*)!
A list of different codes will appear on screen. The SRO starts with the letter X (scroll down if necessary) and is 8-12 digits long in total.
